Upstate Total Care Clinic, understands that insurance is complicated and even co-payments can be expensive. Often, third parties, i.e. insurance companies, are a factor that drive up the cost of services; therefore, we strive to keep those prices down by providing self-payment for those with high deductibles or no insurance. 

Payment is required at the time of service, but we openly list our service prices prior to treatment. Do you have a health care savings account (HSA)? You can use the money in your health care savings account to pay for your services.

In addition, medications can be costly, so we strive to help find reasonably priced medicines and coupon vouchers to make health care more affordable.
